I always dreamed of becoming a mom

But I didn't expect the stresses and bumps either. As a single mom of 3 boys, I have had a ton of experience with the wild and messy. Motherhood is a beautiful journey regardless of what it may look like at times.

I have learned various tools along my journey of motherhood, and I want to help you avoid trying endless routines by teaching you one of the most effective shifts you can make within your parenting.

In this workshop, I will take my 18+ years of experience and teach you the skill that has skyrocketed my own parenting as well as my clients' relationships. Retraining your own Nervous System using the Vagus Nerve can make all the difference in how you show up as a mom.

The Vagus Nerve is the 10th cranial nerve in the body and is responsible for regulating our Fight or Flight response. With so much overwhelm and stress in our daily lives (especially if you're a fellow entrepreneur), some days can really just feel like a lot. In our time together, I will take you through the proven methods that will help you tone your Vagus Nerve like a muscle (Science is AWESOME!).
